When is the first day of operations?
The first day of operational service will be March 10.
Is there an app for the Club?
Yes, please download the Zero Bond Members App from the
App Store (iOS) or the
Play Store (Android). This will be the method of Club access for all members.
How do I access my digital membership card?
Your digital membership card can be downloaded to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet and must be presented at the Club check-in for every visit. The card can be found in the bottom left-hand corner of the Zero Bond Members App.
Is a new member orientation required?
Yes, all members are required to book a new member orientation prior to accessing the Club. This can be found in the 'Orientation' tab of the Members App.
Do I need to notify Zero Bond before arriving to the Club?
During our opening weeks, you must reserve an arrival time prior to accessing the Club in order to ensure an intentional and elevated experience. This can be found in the 'Club Access' tab of the Members App.
What are the Club's hours of operation?
Tuesday - Thursday: 10:30AM to 12AM
Friday and Saturday: 10:30AM to 2AM
Sunday: 10:30AM to 6PM
Monday: Closed
What are the dining hours?
Fairway Grill (reservations accepted):
• Lunch: 10:30AM to 3PM
• Dinner: 5PM to 11PM
Salon (seating is first come, first served but, during our opening weeks, we are requiring an advanced booking for entry):
• Lunch: 10:30AM to 3PM
• Dinner: 5PM to 11PM
What is the age requirement?
Zero Bond is a 21-and-over venue.
How many guests may members bring?
Members may bring up to three guests to the Club.
What is the guest policy?
Guests must be accompanied by their member at all times and will not be permitted into the space unless arriving with a member.
Do I need a reservation?
Reservations are available exclusively for the Fairway Grill. All other spaces operate on a first-come, first-served basis with open seating but, during our opening weeks, we are requiring an advanced booking for entry.
Is photography/videography allowed in the space?
No photography or videography is permitted anywhere in the Club.
Are laptops and phones allowed?
Laptop usage is permitted until 5PM. Phone calls are permitted only in designated areas of the Club.
