BEFORE WE START

• I hereby apply for membership of Zero Bond at Wynn Las Vegas. If accepted, I agree to be bound by the standards of the venue.
• Please note that all sections must be completed in order for this application to be submitted to the Membership Committee.
• Any application missing information will be deemed incomplete and will invalidate your submission.
• All information shall be treated in confidence.
• A clear and recent headshot must be included.
• A letter of recommendation from a current member is not required, but encouraged.
  
• Founding Membership dues are $7,500 per year, plus a one-time initiation fee of $50,000.
  
• Both membership dues and initiation fees are subject to taxes and service fees (if applicable).
• Your provided billing details will not be charged until your membership application has been reviewed and accepted by our Membership Committee.
• This form will take around ten minutes to complete. 

FOUNDING MEMBERSHIP INCLUDES

• Membership for you and your spouse.
• Membership at Zero Bond New York, Zero Bond at Wynn Las Vegas, and future Zero Bond locations.
• Ability to book reservations for non-member guests at Zero Bond at Wynn Las Vegas on a limited basis.
• Ability to nominate three candidates for membership to Zero Bond at Wynn Las Vegas.
• One complimentary round of golf per year.
