BEFORE WE START

• I hereby apply for membership of Zero Bond at Wynn Las Vegas. If accepted, I agree to be bound by the standards of the venue.
• General Membership to Zero Bond at Wynn Las Vegas does not grant access or reciprocity to Zero Bond New York.
  
• Please note that all sections must be completed in order for this application to be submitted to the Membership Committee.
• Any application missing information will be deemed incomplete and will invalidate your submission.
• All information shall be treated in confidence.
• A clear and recent headshot must be included.
• A letter of recommendation from a current member is not required, but encouraged.
  
• General Membership dues are $2,750 per year, plus a one-time initiation fee of $1,000.
  
• Both membership dues and initiation fees are subject to taxes and service fees (if applicable).
• Your provided billing details will not be charged until your membership application has been reviewed and accepted by our Membership Committee.
• This form will take around ten minutes to complete.
