Zero Bond Rule Book

ZERO BOND MEMBER RULE BOOK

This Zero Bond Member Rule Book (the “Rule Book”) is hereby implemented in connection with Zero Bond at Wynn Las Vegas (the “Zero Bond”) to supplement the obligations and restrictions contained in the Zero Bond Membership Terms and Conditions (the “Membership Terms”). In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the Membership Terms and this Rule Book, the Membership Terms shall govern and prevail.


GUESTS & PRIVACY

Members and their guests should not disturb or solicit others with whom they are not personally acquainted. Members may bring up to three guests to Zero Bond at Wynn Las Vegas (“Zero Bond”) at a time, except when making an approved reservation in the Fairway Grill or event spaces. Until the host member arrives, guests will be asked to wait in the designated waiting area. Once inside Zero Bond, member hosts must remain with their guests for the duration of their visit. Members and invited guests must be at least 21 years of age to access Zero Bond and applicable dining spaces. Members are responsible for the behavior of their guests, and any departure from Zero Bond’s standards of conduct may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or termination of membership. PRESS & SOCIAL MEDIA

Privacy is essential to our members, and to protect it, we operate under a strict no-press policy. Members will be held accountable if they or their guests disclose or identify any other members or guests present at Zero Bond to the public; whether through the press or on social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tik-Tok or personal blogs. Similarly, members and their guests must refrain from identifying or describing any private events or member events taking place at Zero Bond. Violations may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or termination of membership. Members are expected to exercise appropriate discretion when using social media.


PHOTOGRAPHY

At no time can you take photos within Zero Bond. Photography is strictly prohibited and can lead to suspension or revocation of membership.


HOURS OF OPERATION

Zero Bond shall be open on the days and during the hours as may be established by Zero Bond management, and various Zero Bond facilities (as defined herein) may have different hours of operation. Areas of Zero Bond may also be closed from time to time for scheduled maintenance, repairs or special events. Use of Zero Bond may be restricted or reserved from time to time by Zero Bond management.


MINORS

Zero Bond is a 21 and over venue.

DRESS CODE

Though there is no binding dress code at Zero Bond, we encourage members to dress for the occasion in upscale, casual chic, using their own individual style. Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any members or guests who are not sufficiently well presented as determined in Zero Bond management’s sole and absolute discretion, including those wearing athletic attire, shorts, or open-toed shoes. Shorts are not permitted after 5 PM, and swimwear is not allowed at any time.


MEMBERSHIP IDENTIFICATION

All members will receive a digital Zero Bond ID, which serves as their official membership credential. Membership identification includes the member’s name and an automated membership ID number. The digital ID may be required for entry into Zero Bond premises, valet access, and for opening or closing tabs, as determined by Zero Bond. Membership IDs are strictly digital, individually assigned, and non-transferable. Any use of a member’s digital ID by another individual is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension and may lead to termination of membership, in accordance with Zero Bond policy.


AUDIO / VIDEO / SOUND

Movies, videos, music, video calls and all other audio should be played only through the use of headphones and not be audible to other members, unless a member has reserved a private conference room or area to be utilized for such purpose.


LAPTOP, TABLETS, AND PHONES

Before 5 PM, laptops and tablets may be used in the Salon, Penthouse, Studio & Humidor. They are not permitted in The Fairway Grill, Salon Privé, or Baby Disco. After 5 PM, laptops are only permitted when renting the Studio or an event space. Mobile phones should be placed on silent or vibrate at all times. Members will be asked to take phone calls offsite.


DINING RESERVATIONS CANCELLATION

Members who fail to show for their dining reservations or cancel within the late-cancellation window which ends at 12PM on the day of their reservation will be charged a No-Show Fee of $25 per person. This ensures equitable access to reservations and minimizes financial and operational impact on Zero Bond.  A grace period of 15 minutes will be granted after the reservation time before the reservation is designated as a No-Show.


VALET SERVICES

Zero Bond’s valet service is an exclusive amenity reserved for active members arriving at Zero Bond in their personal vehicles. The private valet area is not open to the public and not permitted to be used by non-member guests, rideshare services, or other third-party vehicles. All vehicle activity within the private drive must comply with Wynn resort traffic policies and instructions, guest safety standards, and Zero Bond membership regulations. Members must present their Zero Bond member ID to the security guard at the driveway entrance to access valet services, which are limited to one vehicle per membership per visit. Upon verification, members may proceed to the designated drop-off area, where a valet attendant will greet them and issue a claim ticket. Vehicles are parked and retrieved via the digital valet system located beneath the walkway. Members may leave vehicles overnight and retrieve them at any Wynn valet location by presenting the claim ticket. If a member cannot present their ID, they will be directed to the Wynn Tower Suites Valet or self-park areas. To maintain safety and traffic flow, vehicles may not idle, stage, or queue in the driveway. Valet supervisors will monitor congestion and coordinate with Wynn Security as needed, and any unauthorized vehicles must be reported immediately.


ZERO BOND GOLF POLICY

Founding Members: Founding Members are entitled to one (1) complimentary 18-hole round of golf at the Wynn Golf Club per year of valid membership and are entitled to bring one guest. One round of golf includes loaner clubs for participants, one (1) golf cart, complimentary non-alcoholic beverages and one (1) caddie. Gratuities are not included. Member is responsible for all additional purchases, including, but not limited to, food, alcoholic beverages, merchandise and other amenities and incidentals. Complimentary rounds of golf do not roll over and are subject to availability. Any unused round of golf during each year of valid membership will be forfeited and is not redeemable at a later date or refundable.

No-Show Policy: If a Founding Member fails to attend their scheduled tee time, the complimentary round for that year is forfeited.

Booking Policy: All golf bookings are assigned to individuals and are strictly non-transferable. Violation of this policy will result in a review of the member’s standing and may lead to disciplinary action.

General Members: General Members may book rounds of golf at the Wynn Golf Club for themselves and their guests. These rounds are not complimentary. General Members may book tee times up to ninety (90) days in advance.

Wynn Golf Club rules will apply, including without limitation dress code and appropriate conduct.


PRIVATE EVENTS & MAINTENANCE

Zero Bond reserves the right to close all or part of Zero Bond to members and their guests for private events or necessary maintenance, repair, or redecoration work. In the case of a partial closure for private events, please honor and respect the privacy of all events occurring and refrain from communicating any information about the event to third parties in any medium. In the case Zero Bond is closed for maintenance, repair, or redecoration, or Zero Bond needs to withdraw facilities and services, we will seek to ensure that any such area, facility, or service is reinstated as soon as practicable.


PAYMENT & BILLING POLICY

Each member authorizes Zero Bond to charge all dues, fees, and other charges, including but not limited to membership dues and outstanding food and beverage balances, to a valid credit card maintained on file with Zero Bond. Members are required to keep an approved, valid credit card on file at all times. Zero Bond reserves the right to charge any delinquent amounts to the credit card on file in accordance with Zero Bond’s Rules and Membership Terms, as amended from time to time.

Members shall be responsible for any processing fees associated with credit card transactions and for any amounts not paid by the credit card company. Charges will be processed on the date services are rendered or as otherwise determined by Zero Bond. Members authorize Zero Bond to charge the initial membership dues and all subsequent charges to the credit card on file.

If any amounts owed are not paid when due, the member may be subject to late payment fees and disciplinary action, including suspension or termination of membership, in accordance with Zero Bond’s Membership Terms. A statement of dues, fees, and charges will be made available to members upon request.

Members must promptly update expired or invalid credit cards. If any amount charged is not paid by the credit card company, the member agrees to pay such amount directly to Zero Bond upon written notice. Members with past-due accounts may be subject to a reinstatement fee at Zero Bond’s discretion.

Charge privileges are contingent upon the member’s account being in good standing and compliance with these payment terms. If a member fails to pay any amount within thirty (30) days of billing, Zero Bond may suspend membership privileges until the account is paid in full. Continued delinquency beyond ninety (90) days or repeated late payments may result in termination of membership.

In the event of delinquency, Zero Bond may take any action it deems necessary to collect outstanding amounts, including legal proceedings. If Zero Bond obtains a judgment, the member shall be liable for all associated costs, including attorneys’ fees and court costs.


GRATUITIES

A fixed gratuity in the amount of eighteen per cent (18%) will be added to all regular food and beverage charges at Zero Bond in the case where a member does not request that a check be dropped. In the case where a member requests that a check be dropped, the member can add the gratuity deemed appropriate by the member.  A venue fee of (4.2%) will also be applied for all food and beverage purchases on property.


FOOD & BEVERAGE CHARGE

There are no house accounts at Zero Bond. All food and beverage charges must be paid in full before the member leaves Zero Bond. Members are responsible for their guests’ bills if they are not paid. For full details regarding billing procedures, credit card requirements, and delinquency policies, please refer to the Billing & Payment Policy section set forth in this Rule Book.


SMOKING POLICY

Smoking is permitted only in the interior and exterior-facing humidor areas & Casino Terrace of Zero Bond. Smoking is not allowed anywhere else in Zero Bond, including all outdoor spaces outside of the humidor. This includes the use of e-cigarettes. Only cigars are permitted in the humidor and cigarettes are only permitted on Casino Terrace. Other smoking products are not allowed.



SERVICE ANIMALS

Pets are not permitted at Zero Bond. Only Service Animals, defined as dogs or miniature horses individually trained to perform tasks for individuals with disabilities, are allowed to accompany members and their guests in areas where guests are permitted. Emotional Support Animals do not qualify as Service Animals under the Americans with Disabilities Act and are not permitted on the premises. Members bringing Service Animals must ensure the animal remains leashed or harnessed and on the floor at all times. Service Animals are not allowed on chairs, booths, banquettes, or in pet strollers, and Zero Bond will not provide food or drink for them. Members are not required to disclose the nature of their disability or provide proof of training for their Service Animal. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in removal from the premises or disciplinary action.


ILLEGAL DRUGS / SUBSTANCES / STAFF REQUESTS

No member or guest of a member shall purchase, use, possess or distribute illegal drugs or other substances, including, but not limited to, marijuana, while on Zero Bond premises or in its immediate vicinity. If any member or their guest is found to be in violation of this, that member will be subject to disciplinary procedures including possible suspension or termination of membership, and permanent removal from the Wynn and Encore properties.


NO FIREARMS/WEAPONS

No firearms or any other weapons of any kind are permitted at Zero Bond at any time.


USE OF EQUIPMENT / FACILITIES

Use of any areas or facilities available at Zero Bond is entirely at the risk of a member or his or her guests. You must not use any equipment or undertake any activity at Zero Bond unless you are satisfied that you are competent and physically capable to do so in a safe and proper manner.


CONFIDENTIALITY

The Zero Bond management and all staff are required to adhere to the strictest confidentiality standards. All records and personal information concerning members and their guests are treated with the utmost discretion and maintained in strict confidence. Staff are prohibited from disclosing confidential information through any means, including verbal communication, email, or messaging platforms. They may not accept payment or compensation for such information, nor use it to influence decisions or transactions.


MEMBERSHIP PROCEDURES

Members shall comply with all posted rules and regulations at the Zero Bond premises. members shall compose themselves in a non-violent, non-aggressive, reasonable manner while present on the Zero Bond premises. Members may not abuse, verbally or otherwise; anyone present at Zero Bond, including staff working at Zero Bond. All persons working at Zero Bond shall be under the supervision of Zero Bond or its management personnel, and no member shall reprimand or seek to discipline any worker, nor shall a member request a worker to leave the premises for any reason. Further, members shall not request any illegal or special personal services from staff working at Zero Bond premises whether on duty or off duty. Any worker not rendering courteous and prompt service should be reported to the management personnel of Zero Bond immediately.


DISCIPLINARY PROCEDURE

Every member binds him/herself to abide by the rules, bylaws, and regulations of Zero Bond upon acceptance as a member. If Zero Bond management considers that any member’s (or his or her guests’) conduct, either inside or outside of the premises is contrary to the interests of Zero Bond, then Zero Bond management may trespass the member from the premises and/or suspend or terminate that member’s membership. Conduct that is prejudicial to the reputation and character of Zero Bond may result in a member review by the membership committee & Zero Bond ownership.


COMMENT AND COMPLAINT

All complaints, criticisms, or suggestions of any kind relating to any of the operations of Zero Bond facilities, Zero Bond, or staff working on the Zero Bond premises must be in writing and addressed to the General Manager.


INTERPRETATION OF THE RULES

In the event of any dispute arising as to the meaning or interpretation of the rules set forth in this Rule Book, the matter shall be referred to the membership committee, whose decision concerning the membership shall be final. Management has the power to refuse the admission of any guest if, in their opinion, it is desirable in the interests of Zero Bond.


AMENDMENT TO RULE BOOK

Zero Bond reserves the right in its sole discretion to amend or modify this Rule Book at any time.
